COREtec Plus is also inert and dimensionally stable – meaning it will not expand or contract under normal conditions and never needs expansion strips in large rooms. Last but not least, each COREtec Plus Tile also features an attached cork underlayment for a quieter, warmer floor that is naturally resistant to odor causing mold and mildew.
